Hello to all readers first! My real name (the one that I only use in documents, and facebook xD) is Fahrudin, but I’m more known as Fahro. I was born on 7th of July, 1986. In a city located in north Slovenia, called Slovenj Gradec. After studying in Maribor and Ljubjana, I returned in Slovenj Gradec and started to work in family company that is dealing with real estates. I’m 178cm tall and weight is around 60kg of pure muscles [:P] My favorite color would be green …no, yellow!? I love them all, depends of mood …just like music!

1 Please tell us more about yourself (birthday, real name, place of birth, height, weight, favorite color) and your background?
Hello, my real name is Valentin R. Deuschel. I'm from the south-west of Germany, where I grew up, finished school and do my military service which lasts 9 months. I am 20 years old, 172 cm short and I weigh 65kg. In my free-time, I do sports besides trackmania, preferably jogging and soccer. At the weekend, I go to clubs, parties or watch soccer matches of my favorite team FC Bayern Munich together with some friends (in case I can convince them). I'm planning to study something about mechanical engineer somewhere in the future.

2 What made you become a track builder and who make biggest influence at your beginning?
Honestly: I don't want to hold a laudatory speech about any builder, because I'd like then. The biggest influence has been my old clan Spieleplanet (SP) which I still ride on but left on my still lasting search for a new clan. Mostly the tracks my aWu, Foulie and the wish to play a track by myself on my favorite server [SP] Geekzock motivated me to improve my skills. Once I conquered the world of SP and Geekzock, the doors of the TMX-universe opened for me, where I had to start from the beginning once again. "Brown Stains" by GanjaRider and Panis' "Moving Power" have been outstanding tracks which I wanted to keep up with.

3 Can you please guide us through a typical track project from start to finish and what part of track building do you find crucial?
Let me answer the last part of your question first: Working with the mediatracker. You need to put in lots of time to achieve something that just slightly satisfies you. Once you get the hang of it, you can do impressively much with it - as you can see on TTC 1 and 2.
But back to the main question: In the beginning I always try to think of what exactly I want to build: Speed, Tech, Speedtech, fast Slides, slow slides, grass, dirt, platform, transitions.. Once I've decided this, I try to think of a smooth start or a nice slide and then I keep on building. Then I try to randomly get inspired by everything I've seen yet or just try out some crazy combinations of specific building-blocks. While building, I keep on test-driving my tracks to find out the biggest amount of fun. Even the scenery will get added and edited while building because it often develops into later trackparts, which makes the track more winding and gives you some cooler re-uses and crossings. After finishing the actual track, it usually takes up to 2 or 3 weeks until I can bother to add some MT-work. That's about it.

My real name is Joost, I'm 17 years old and live in Uden, which lies in the Netherlands. I was born in a small village called Megen, I'm about 1.90 meters long, weigh round 80 kg. Like said, I was born in the small village of Megen, then I moved to Uden when I was 4 or so years old. Not too many special things have happened in my life, I went to school and live a pretty normal life. I got into gaming when I was bout 12 or so, noobed around a lot and finally discovered TM bout 4 years ago around the Sunrise age. I didn't understand naught of it and ditched it soon, until a friend of mine pointed my attention towards TMN and TMX and there I got hooked.

Today (or actually tonight, over here in Holland), we get a bit back in time. Widely known in the community, by his name and for his tracks, he has reached a nice place between the so called “TMX Legends”. Going way back to the first TMX, Natzke interviewed this man who somehow found a way to get rid of the Trackmania Addiction. We introduce to you:

1. Please tell us more about yourself (birthday, real name, place of birth, height, weight, favorite color) and your background?
My real name is André Karlsen. I'm living in Harstad, Norway. Harstad is a small city in the north of Norway with around 23 000 people. Not so many days before I turn 39 of age. I have a wife and two children aged 7 and 10. I'm working at a endoscopy unit as a nurse. I prepare the examinations of the stomach, colon and all other parts where we can use a instrument with a camera to have a closer look. During the examinations I assist both the patient and the doctor.
Its always nice to have some computer skill and know your way with all the different gadget we use. I love my job and my family. I try the best i can to support my children with the schoolwork and all their soccer matches and training.
Height: 190 cm. Weight: 105 kg. Favourite colour: Green (i have worked four years in the Norwegian army and just love the colour)

Hi everyone, my name is Arno, I’m 16 years old and I currently live in Hoofddorp, Holland. I’ve lived here my entire life and I don’t think I’ll be moving very soon (: I’m a little over 180 cm tall, weigh about 60 kg and my favourite colour is.. I think blue. I live at home with my father (50), mother (43) and brother (19). Besides fish, we don’t have pets anymore which is fine by me. My hobbies are mostly listening to music and being with friends. Might not be the most original ones, but they work just fine for me ^^

2. How did you get your nickname?
Gooood question.. I actually have no idea. I do know when it was. I was racing with my old clan leader (a pretty long time ago) as ‘Slybox’. Then I changed to ‘Micro’ (you can guess the jokes ^^) and then I changed it into Rewiind, and it has been that ever since (:

1. Please tell us more about yourself (birthday, real name, place of birth, height, weight, favorite color) and your background?

My actual name is Lars and I was born on Valentines Day 1993 in Germany. I'm neither small nor tall - In fact something around 180cm. I currently live in fairly small village close to the Dutch border in the west of Germany.

2. How did you get your nickname?

Well, I never had a real name - The nick I first used here was "Lars2008" or something like this. Since "Lars2008" is sparsely catchy I eventually started to grope around for a new nick. Like 1 1/2 I ended up using nameless, due to a lack of creativity power.

3. What made you become a track builder and who made the biggest influence at your beginning?

The person who made me become a tracer prolly was GreenRacer.
In the end of 2007 I used to race on the "GigaLigaServer", which was riddled with a bunch of GreenRacers tracks.
Furthermore he probably also was my biggest influence in the beginning of my tracker-career . Later on dipl0 turned into my biggest influence.

1 Please tell us more about yourself (birthday, real name, place of birth, height, weight, favorite color) and your background?
Date of Birth - January 2, 1983, my real name is Maxim, place of birth - Russia, Izhevsk. Favourite color - green. Favourite games before (because now I don’t play anything other than tm) was elastomania, quake3, SOF.

Because I’m a designer and programmer, funny isn’t it? My hobby is developing small games for myself (they are little known, but I dislike them, I also hate to advertise myself and my creations). I’m a music lover too and I like to listen different styles and directions – or something like that.

2 What made you become a track builder and who made the biggest influence at your beginning?
I always liked to create something. I was attracted by the game thanks to the fact that you can create your own maps and share them with friends.

Tracks for TM I begin to build after 6-8 months of playing TMN, before that I played in TMO – I also had the desire to do something there, but at that time I had no internet and creating work for yourself is not interesting. The first tracks I created were for the server of my team - 70% of them was laps and now I see that they were terrible. At that time it seemed to me that it's fun to create a circular tracks, but since then, I dislike to make such kind of tracks.

I like tracks from Swensen, T-hunderbird, Ron Turbo and you can say that they had big influence on me, but I can’t say that they were the only ones. I also copied from and was influenced by some others authors that I like.

This week we bring you person that’s not that know to most of you ppl, maybe because he is new comer or you just missed his development, but one thing is for sure…this guy we got to meat closer :) Boys and girls we present you…

Abzocker!

1. Please tell us more about yourself (birthday, real name, place of birth, height, weight, favorite color) and your background?

OK! let´s start, my real name is Daniel. I was born on 29th August 1994 so I´m now 15 years old. I´m a German and i lived the whole live there. Exact city of my birth is Freiburg (city in the south of Germany). My height is around of 1,80m and my weight is 61kg. Some people may call me underweight, but I´m really happy with my actual weight. My biggest preference is the music. This sounds really funny because I never played any instruments and I wouldn´t try to learn it. But in school it´s the subject i hate the most. The reasons are not that I sing terribly for example...
It´s more cuz there you make only boring classical music or jazz.
In past I listen only metal through my father, but know I listen to nearly everything you can find in the charts or anywhere else. As you may thought my favorite color is green (you see that at the signs in my tracks )
Actually I´m in the 9th grade of the academic high school (hope this words fits right) as a pupil.

2. How did you get your nickname?

OMG! The day where i conceived my nickname is really long ago.
Well this go back to the roots when i start to play TM (June 2008) . I can´t exactly remember, but i think the reason was that i never be good in playing PC-Games. "Der Abzocker" is German and means something about “win over the most or all other persons” clearly. When I created my account "der_abzocker" the good friend who showed me Trackmania thought it would be funny, if a Noob, like me calls himself "Abzocker" and so I created this Nickname.
If you´re German person you may thought before you´re reading this nice interview I´m a big arrogant assh***, but I created it only for fun.
Of course I´m sure that I´m the most time a very friendly person where you can talk to about everything...
